Members present or represented in the General Assembly of the VZW Beyond the Horizon ISSG whose names are explicitly written above took the following decisions;

  * By-law changes are approved.
  * Statute changes are approved.
  * 2018 budget is approved.
  * 2019 expected budget plan is approved.
  * Annual membership fee in 2019 will be €1,000.
  * For the members that have not paid their membership fee provisions that are articulated in article-59 of by-law and 3.4 of STATUTE will be put into practice.
  * Following persons/members are designated as the Directors and Managers of the respective fields;
      * Geopolitics and International Security Studies Director, Şaban YÜKSEL,
      * Terrorism, Conflict and Peace Studies Director, Onur SULTAN,
